Default 1999 suburban starts but wont keep running

It will start but as soon as it does it dies. I had just changed the fuel pump 2 weeks before so I though I may have got a bad unit. Just got done changing it while it was still under warrant but still the same problem. Tried resetting the pass lock sensor by leaving the key on for 10 minutes and doing the reset but still nothing. Security light stays on constantly which leads me to believe that its something with the security though ive poured gas down the throttle body and it will stay idling which makes me wonder if its even securitu. Has good fire to plugs. Please help! this thing is driving me crazy!!

Did you change the fuel filter too? Can you hear the fuel pump prime then shut off when you turn the key to on (not run position)? After the engine kills, take a screwdriver and try pushing in the schrader valve on the fuel rail and see if fuel shoots out, or air. By the way, by pouring gas while running the engine, you're taking a big chance of severely burning yourself should the engine decide to backfire.

Pick up a noid light at the parts store, and test your fuel injectors while cranking. Could be they're not being told to pulse.

What moror do you have? Have you checked to see if your fuel pressure is correct pressure, pressure regulator? If it has what some call the fuel spider injector assembly (mounted under tge manifold) and they are the originals, they are a known problem with the poppert getting clogged.

Bad typing above. Should read "poppets" if my spelling is correct
