That's Awesome!! Thanks for the update. I'll be honest, I was afraid you were looking at an engine overhaul.

Did you repaint the valve covers?

 

I was worried that I might be looking at something more serious too. I went through the paperwork that came with it and found that the engine/block was replaced in 08' - two owners ago - and it has fairly low miles, 87k. The previous owner didn't do much to it other than drive it. I didn't paint the valve covers, I used Zep 505 industrial cleaner / degreaser from Home Depot.....they cleaned right up with a little elbow grease :-)
