Default 2000 suburban sharp turn issue

I don't really know how to describe this issue, but for the most part when making sharp turns (like coming out of a parking spot or driveway) or backing up and turning you get at shuttering feeling through the steering wheel. I thought maybe it was the front wheel bearing assemblies, so I replaced both of those and the brakes while I was in there. That didn't solve it. Is there something in the steering system that may have worn? We bought the vehicle new and have 230k on it. Any ideas would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Make sure it's in 2WD. If non-stock wheels and/or tires, check for rubbing on frame.

Everything is stock. I will check to see if it somehow got shifted out of 2WD.

It was in auto 4WD! A quick test spin and the issue was gone. Hopefully that was issue, but I'm not ready to declare victory. Any other ideas to keep in mind if the problem persists?

I'll bet you fixed it! My guess was a 4wd issue
