Default 2000 Suburban U1041 CODE

I have a 2000 suburban with a U1041 code. What it does is ABS light come on brake light, and air bag come on. The fuel gauge goes to empty, and the temp gauge drops. The oil gauge and volt gauge stay normal. In the message window the battery come on then it shows low fuel. The shift indicator lights on the dash are lit up but the light disappears around what gear I'm in. I had it running for an hour in park no light come on. But when I go for a driver it all goes Bonkers within a couple of minutes. I sure could use some HELP.

Thanks mountainmanjoe I clean all grounds on the suburban. Three ground on the drivers side frame rail, and two behind the engine block. But I will try cleaning that again. The ground from the ECBM under the drivers door.
