Default 2000 tahoe replacing interior door handle

Can someone give me any tips on replacing the interior driver side door handle in an old body style 2000 tahoe limted edition. I found another forum (http://www.fullsizechevy.com/forums/...d.php?t=104310) where they had instructions for this with manual windows and locks but they said it would be different with auto windows and locks.I guess I just wanna know if this is really that simple or if I will end up taking off the door panel and not know where to go from there, thanks.
