Default 2001 Chevy Tahoe --> Time to ditch??

Hi everyone, wanted to get some opinions on my 2001 Chevy Tahoe. Got about 190,000 miles. The electronics to the sun roof and the indoor lights burnt out-- had to fix that. Battery had to be replaced. There is also a leak in the oil pan (?), which is not detrimental, however yet another liability. NOW i'm looking at another fix for the water pump, which apparently is leaking.

Overall a fantastic car, lots of good road trips and memories in that Brahoe. Runs fine overall, given the issues listed. However with all the cost of repairs now building up, i'm considering finally selling my baby and moving on.

Thoughts?

My '01 became a real money pit the last few years I had her - exhaust manifold leaks, A/C compressor and clutch, front wheel hubs/bearings, on top of the rust in the lower rockers and doors. Sold her to a buddy for $4k at 190k miles two years ago.

Loving my '08. She has 150k miles and runs perfect. Everything works as it did the day she rolled out of the factory.

SOunds like simply maintenance to me. Yes you will need to replace parts but it still beats having a payment or large cash payment on a newer car.
