Default 2001 Sub 2500 - Door Opening Rough - Pls Help

Just got a 01' Sub 2500 4x4 from snow country. The rear doors (not barn doors, but doors to 2nd row) are a bit stiff upon opening. I noticed the rod the keeps the door from opening all the way (center of door between two hinges) runs between two rollers that are not rolling anymore. I used some WD40 and I suspect the dealer I purchased it from did too, but it is not loosening up any.

Are therer any tricks/products that may get the rollers rolling again?

It looks as though you have to remove the door panel to get to this area of the door. If no special tools are required i would like to do this.

Any tips/hints to get door panel off?

Thanks,
D

The barn doors are fairly rare so there may not be anyone here w/ working knowledge of them.

Can you grip the rollers w/ pliers and coax them a little?

Maybe some pictures of the area would help.

After you remove screws and electrical connectors, IIRC, you lift straight up to remove the panel.

Rust Penetrating Oil with Graphite. I have the barn doors and and I use old ATF on the hinges everywhere just to stop the creaking.
