po 442 is a evap system small leak dectected and po446 is evap purge solenoid malfunction. It is unlikly that these have anything to do with the no start. It could be possible that it has a mayjor vac leak in the evap system causing the engine to get to much air. look for a giant vac leak

The gas cap can cause the po442 if it is loose or bad.It is possible that it will cause the po446 if it is missiing but in any case the gas cap will not cause a no start.

Default Well solution found

Fuel filter failed. Evap codes led to replacement of evap vent solenoid. All is well. Hope this helps someone else.
