Hey all, so my barn doors will not open from the outside. The handle has no resistance unless I move it from the inside. I’ve asked on Reddit for fixes or parts but no answers. Help would be appreciated!
Pictures is the mechanism that if I put pressure on it, it opens from the inside. If you need additional photos just let me know!

 

the linkage rods have come loose or a lever has broken off... You need to disassemble and inspect to see what happened.

 

Is there anywhere I can find a diagram for the barn doors that will show me what I’m missing? Im not sure exactly what I’m looking for. I’ve searched around but can’t find anything
