Default 2002 Suburban Help

When I pull into my yard and turn motor off, next day it won't start. It shows 1/4 tank of gas each time it has done this. The low fuel light never comes on and I'm not lucky enough to run out of fuel in my yard 4 times lol. I will add fuel and it starts right up. Go to gas station and it takes around 22 gals to fill her up. I believe the tank holds 28 gal. Thanks in advance

Welcome to the forum.

Could be fuel pump. Not a good idea to run to near empty a lot as the pump is cooled by the fuel.

I would suspect fuel pump, when the fuel gets low the fuel is draining back and the pump is not priming, maybe cracked pickup tube, could be any number of things but for the effort of pulling the pump to repair it, you might as well just replace it...
A check of the fuel pressure and its bleed down time will tell you a lot...
the pressure in general should be 55+ and steady when running, and should hold for several minutes after key-off....
