Default 2002 Suburban keyless entry stopped working code B3102

My keyless entry on my '02 Suburban stopped working last week. Changed the battery and tried to reprogram to no avail. Stopped by my mechanic and I have code B3102 - Keyless entry data link circuit low. Any suggestions on a fix? Thanks in advance!

Welcome to the forum.

I would check any connectors in that circuit and wiring.

Thanks for the replies! Any idea where the BCM and door lock receiver are located? My best guess is one of those is the root of my problem. Manually unlocking the truck is getting annoying!
