Default 2003 Burb- Passenger Window Goes Up 1/2 Way

Good afternoon,

I own a 2003 Chevy Suburban and the front passenger side powered window goes up only half way before it stops working. It takes a minute before it continue, it seems to power off. So far, I installed a new motor and assembly at it but the problem continues. I lubricated the tracks with PB Silicone Spray but the issue continues.

Any ideas? Could this be an electrical issue?

Thank you!

I was researching ways to not break the front pin of the switch during removal and I read a comment to try the driver side switch. Both switches have the same results- a really slow window ascension. Since both switches result in the same thing, could it be something else?

The front pin is a molded part to secure the switch assymbly to the fore arm, nothing to do with the electrical part.

Both my driver and passenger side switches were working so I concluded it wasn't the switch. I bought spray silicone to put into the tracks and it seems to be working smoothly and hanging less. Thank you for the replies.

Lesson I learned from this: don't throw parts at a car, start simple.

Aerosol silicone spray into the channels has worked also on my 2004 Frontier power window that was sluggish; that was about 6 years ago.
