2003 Burb Rear AC question.

As the title says, I have a 2003 Burb 1500 and the rear AC does not blow. I dissected it and found that, when I feed direct power to the blower motor, it works. I am 99% sure that the clip that comes into it from the little box underneath (the one with little aluminum fins that feed into the airbox) is the culprit.
So, here's the question... what is that little devil called? I need to know so I can order one!
Thanks
Joey

Ahhhh who needs a resister any way?????????? lol
thats expensive!!!!!!! I put my money on a bad blower motor that fried the resistor, even though it works it could be pulling too much juice.
