Default 2003 Denali Problems after Autoride delete (Radio)

Bear with me here as I'm going to provide some details that I'm quite confident are unrelated, but given that I just did all of this over the weekend I want to lay it all out there.

This is a 2003 Yukon XL Denali. I replaced ball joints, tie rod ends, pitman, and idler over the weekend. I put in Monroe OEM Spectrum shocks and Z71 coil springs at the same time to get rid of the autoride feature that had been non-functional for some time. Upon startup, I got the service stability message as well as an ABS light and traction control off light. Two days after doing this (Wednesday morning), the battery was dead in the morning.

I expected the service stability message. I disconnected the battery for 15 minutes last night and then removed the RTD fuse. This did not remove the service stability message. Should I put it back in, disconnect the battery for longer, and then remove that fuse? Or what it be better to just put the resistors in to bypass this? If the latter, you do this at both rear shocks, correct?

I'm pretty sure the ABS and traction control lights are on because I messed up one of the wheel speed sensors when I removed it. I pulled it out of the hub on the first one I did instead of the snap connector behind the shock. The copper spool was frazzled when I plugged it back in.

Finally the dead battery and radio is what really has me concerned. Like I said, I don't think this is related to any of the suspension work but it seems like quite a coincidence. I replaced the amp two years ago with one off of a 2005 Escalade, SKU 1951057. It was my understanding that this version did not have the same issues as my 2003 version. When the amp originally failed, it ran the battery all the way down one night.

Now, as I'm digging into this I was sitting in the truck with everything off and I hear the subwoofer start to thump. One big thump followed by a small one. It did it every ten seconds or so. My wife is standing there and says "oh yeah, I forgot to tell you but I noticed that a couple of weeks ago"...... I pulled the key out and it still did it.

The radio and amp seem to be working fine otherwise. I went ahead and removed the fuses for both of them because I'm assuming that's what probably killed the battery again.

Any advice? Is my amp going bad again? What's the best way to remove the service stability message and do you agree with me that the ABS light is probably because the copper at the end of the wheel sensor was slightly frazzled?

I replaced the wheel sensor. As expected the ABS and traction control lights are off, but that also cleared to service stability message. I wasn’t expecting that one but it’s nice to catch a break now and then.

I didn't replace any fuses. I don’t trust the amp at this point. I might give it one last shot but I’m leaning towards replacing the amp and head unit at this point. I know I’ll lose the door chimes but that seems like a small price to pay to be done with the stupid Bose system.
