2003 Suburban-No Volume from Radio
Greetings,
recently the volume on the radio/6 CD changer of my 2003 Chevy Suburban stopped working (This is not an aftermarket radio/cd changer). Before the problem began occuring, I removed the radio/CD changer in order to remove 4 CDs that were stuck in the changer. I unplugged the battery before taking it out. Once I plugged it back in (all of the wires look fine, everything plugged in properly) I plugged the battery back in.
The issue I am now having is the display on the Radio/CD Changer will show up and it will change when I move the radio tuner (So I assume the Radio/CD changer hasn't been locked). However, there is no audio in the vehicle, no matter how high I turn it up. I also tried plugging in headphones to the back seat audio output, there is no audio on the headphones either.
I checked both of the fuses under the hood (Radio and Radio AMP) and both look fine. So my question is, what is it I have to do to fix this problem.
Thank you for taking the time to read my post, any advice would be greatly appreciated.
