i have a 2003 tahoe and the rear heater never gets hot.the front heater works just fine.i was told there is a heater gate behind the panel in the back behind the back seat andit might not be opening to allow heat to the back seat area.is this correct?is this an easy task?remove the back panel behind the seat and the gate is right there?do i need any special tools?should i check something else out to see if the problem is something else before i go taking apart the back panel?

Is there a site that i can go to and look things up on the Illustrated parts catologue?

Have you checked any of the fuses?

No there is no place on the internet to find a illustrated parts catalogue. You have to know what you are needing.
