2004 2wd Tahoe rattle
This might be on here some where not sure. As stated I have an 04 hoe it has 235,000 miles and the inner tie rods started looking worn and there was a rattle coming from the front end. I decided to just get ahead of everything and replace everything all at once for the most part. I replaced the entire upper control arm with bushings and ball joints, lower ball joints, inner and outer tie rods, sway bar links and bushings, pitman arm, idler arm, new brakes and rotors, greased everything and took her for an alignment and rattle persists. The lower control arms and shocks have maybe 15k on them and still look new. What am I missing, what could be left to rattle at this point? The wife and I are taking the kids on a vacation in 2 weeks that will be around 800 miles round trip so I wanna get this fixed asap, but don’t want to have to pay a shop to tell me they can’t find anything, or tell me the parts I just installed are bad I need to let them buy all new parts at a 5000% markup and charge out the backside to install them for me. Any ideas of what I can check next would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance guys!!!!
also not that it might matter but had 4 new tires put on 3 days before I done the suspension work and the rattle was already there. so I know it’s not like a broken TPMS rattling around in there.
