Default 2004 chevy tahoe headlights don't operate properly

Hello everyone. I have a 2004 Chevy Tahoe and I am having issues with the headlights. Only one headlight comes on. I bought brand new bulbs and still has the same issue. I am wondering if anyone else has had the same issue. Thought that it may be the BCM but i really don't want to throw money at it. Instead I would love to see if there is someone who can help me.

Check the sockets the bulbs plug into. Also check to see if there is voltage going to the socket. These plastic sockets tend to overheat and fail.
