Default 2006 Nav Missing CD Changer

Hello, I am new to this forum. I am actually new to Chevy all together. I have driven Chrysler trucks and SUVs most of my life. I recently purchased a 2006 Suburban LTZ with the 6.0 liter v-8. The truck is loaded and I have to say that I am very impressed with the ride quality and overall build of the vehicle. My only complaint is that the Navigation unit does not have a six disc CD changer and you can only play one CD or use the navigation but not both at the same time. I am trying to find a factory/OEM in dash CD changer and have it installed. I was wondering ifanyone else has come across this or had any idea if this will work. I am assuming that there isat least one auxillary input on the Nav head unit. I would assume that if I located aOEM cd changer that i could install it in it's factory location. I have also seen OEM iPod connectors for this Nav unit that will allow me to control my iPod and display song and artist information on the head unit. I am wondering if this is a better way to go. Any help would begreatly appreciated.
