Default 2007-2014 Entertainment screen black

2012 Suburban LT w/entertainment system, Bose replaced
Hardware:
Head unit- Kenwood DNX697s
accessories - Datalink Maestro ADS-RR, ACGM5, ADS HRN-RR-GM5+
Amp - Fosgate R2-500x4
Speakers - Sony S2-S65 & S2-S65C

ISSUE: The rear 2nd & 3rd Row screens are not functioning, they are black with no backlight lit. On the Kenwood I can switch to dual zone and select the rear to DVD and I still have sound from the DVD while the front plays from blue tooth. The same happens when the entire system is on DVD. The AV out is set to DVD on single or dual zone and still no screens. When I was first wiring in the new speakers and amp everything was working fine. Fast forward 2 days and the screens will not turn on at all. I did test the video out on the Kenwood to a separate display and it displayed the DVD just fine so the signal coming out of the head unit is fine. I checked the entertainment fuses in the engine bay and drivers side and both had continuity. I had continuity all through the Datalink harnesses. I switched the 3rd row screen with the 2nd and nothing.
I am wondering if there is a inline fuse for the overhear screens or something that would not allow them to turn on.for the 12V + and 12V - I get a full 12v. on the 12V Display enable I only get about 7V to ground. I am uncertain how the system works but is that the issue and if so how does one fix that.

Thanks in advance,
Jonathan

For anyone who has a similar issue.
The Issue: The head unit has a wire that turns on the amp (blue with white stripe). The same wire also has to connect to the Maestro's wire (blue with white stripe). This wire tells the Maestro to supply power to accessories like the screens or factory installed amplifiers. You most likely only have this issue if you install a aftermarket amp.

Huge thanks to Idatalink support as they were the ones that figured it out.
