Question 2007 Chevrolet Suburban LTZ - rear console lights stay on

We just sold a 2007 Chevrolet Suburban LTZ. The new owners tell us the lights on the rear console don't go off, even after the engine has been turned off and everyone has exited. They stay on 24/7. Any ideas?

There may be a connection issue. They may want to consider having the vehicle inspected for an official diagnosis.
