Need help! Just bought my Tahoe and I love it! But the rear audio and fan controls don't work. So I pulled off the top of the console and the wires are just cut! Can anyone help??

Welcome to the forum....
I would check with who you bought it from...
What are you needing help with posting pictures or getting the wires all back together?

They won't help with this specific issue.

And I need help with both. Do you just use photobucket to upload?

And it looks like something was removed from under the console. This model didn't come with the sub.

Click on the "Go Advanced" button and then "Manage Attachments". Then "Browse" and find the pics on your 'puter. I think you can also use an online source. Just follow the instructions.

Not sure why the seller won't tell you any thing, private party or dealer? Suspect that they might have been cut to hide another problem.

I think it may have been some type of computer equipment wired in. I was sure it was a ppv because of everything but they told me probably a construction formans truck. They have no idea (dealer) why it's like that. There are even holes in my roof siliconed closed from some sort of light bar. I'll post pictures when I get up for the day

I would guess one of two things. First would be some sort of aftermarket unit they hooked up there, can't imagine what, unless you can hookup a lock pick unit for bypassing DVD playback while driving? Or maybe they traced back a battery drain to that area and just decided to cut it off altogether. Either way a hack move.

Ya I'm not sure what to do about it. Anyone know where I can find a wiring diagram?
