2007 RSE DVD Not Working

I have a 2007 LTZ with RSE and the LCD is not working anymore. It powers on, but I can't get a dvd to play in it.

Any advice? The dealer says the LCD is bad and wants 550$ to replace it.

Welcome to the forum.

I'd take the unit down to determine the mfg and then see if I could get a LCD screen on-line.

Is the screen bad or the cabling that goes to the screen...
I too would take it down and investigate, make sure its just not a loose or poor connection...

And you may want to make sure its not the brightness adjustment turned all the way down...
