Welcome to the forum.

Recommend that you tell the new owner to get rid of the flange weights as they will wear thru the clear coat (even the coated weights will) and ruin the looks of the wheel. Have them balanced and put stick-ons in the center like they do on the new flange-less wheels.

Might post the actual tread depth also.

They were just put on so i might just take them back and make them fix.
