Exclamation 2007 suburban 2500 4WD issues!! Please help!

The 4wd was working fine last night. Today, I go to put it into 4 hi and the service light comes on and all I get is a blinking light on the ****. When I tried to drop her into 4 lo, the truck gives that little jerk like they all do when you put it into 4 lo, but the front wheels won't pull. I haven't played with these newer vehicles, so I'm lost as to what to do about it. Any help will be very much appreciated.

Is the connector on the axle actuator broken of off it's connection? When I disconnected mine to check axle / hub function, I got the blinking light at the ****, the SERVICE 4WD on the screen and the front axles weren't locked.

You may want to have the tccm(transfer case control module) scanned for codes.

Often times various problems arise, and it usually is from infrequent use of our 4WD. Things can get sluggish, and we forget that the Case Fluid should be changed too.
Now that you have it working, set a schedule (like once a month) to run it through hi and low ranges several times to keep things stirred up.

The adage "use it or loose it" applies here.
