2007 Suburban difficult to start after fill up
I have a 2007 Suburban with 191K miles that is only hard to start while sitting at the pump, right after getting gas. Once I can coax it to start then, it starts fine every time until I get gas.
The whole fuel system problem starting with p0445 and having troubles filling the tank with gas.
I've replaced the evap canister solenoid. I've replaced the purge valve. I've tried a few gas caps. Those fixes seemed to have resolved the hard time filling the tank with gas and the codes. It is then I started having troubles starting after a fill up.
Broke down and had the fuel pump replaced this weekend. Still have to really coax her life after fill up.
Really out of ideas at this point. Any suggestions?
Thanks

Two additional items on this issue I posted yesterday.
Code p0446 came on today. First time I've seen that one. Also, I forgot to mention I have also already replaced the vent canister. At this point, I think every bit of the evap system has been replaced.
Any suggestions would be great.

I have the same issue, hard to start after fill up and then runs normal. I've been fighting with EVAP system for two years. I've replaced Charcoal canister, vapor canister purge valve twice. At first, was having hard time filling up gas tank without pump stopping me every three seconds. Disconnected one of the lines to charcoal canister and ton of charcoal pellets came out. Managed to air out one of the lines... I believe the one that runs to vent just inside gas cap. My guess is all lines are filled with these pellets.
The last time I changed vapor canister purge valve (on the engine) has some pellets fall out so they ran all the way there from canister.
Did anyone resolve this issue? Before I pay a lot of money to have lines blown out, thinking of replacing vapor canister purge valve solenoid to see if that does it. Any help is appreciated!
