Default 2007 suburban electrical nitemares

Problem :
locks cycle randomly and getting worse either unlock (in park) locked (driving)

parking lights turn on & off with locks

What I’ve tried :
main battery connections. Remote FOB. Main grounds. Mega fuse. Pulled BCM apart to look for obvious burns.
Symptoms will duplicate with key turned once. I’m suspecting the ignition switch or remote receiver??

From what you describe , sounds like a problem with the BCM, (Body Control Module)

Door lock switch in the driver's door would be my first thing to check. It is the master control for all the locks. Especially if you got the truck used and previous owners left a window open in the rain, so switch got drowned.
