2007 Tahoe Remote Locks

I have a 2007 Tahoe and the i cannotUNLOCK the vehicle remotely. I can lock it with out a problem and it is the same way with both remotes. Any ideas to correct this?

Do any of the other remote functions work? Probably best to take it in to service is you're sure you've selected the right options on the DIC.
