Replaced cylinder lock which engaged theft deterrent. Had locksmith come and try the relearn and was unsuccessful. Towed to dealership and they said needed new ECM, ECM replaced and still will not re-learn and start. Picked vehicle up from dealership because they couldn't figure it out. Help me. Any other suggestions? All of the relays have been tested, starter is good, new battery. We have tried so many things.
