Default 2007 Suburban electrical issues

My wife's '07 Sub key fobs started acting wonky and then stopped working all together. Replaced the batteries and nothing. Ordered a new GM FOB and went to program it and it didn't seem to go into the programming mode. I pressed the car Info button until it said press the check button to reprogram. Pressed the check button and nothing. It did seem to flash off then back on after 15-20 seconds and I tried to program the FOB and nothing. Is there a way to know if it enters the programming mode? Does it beep or flash or anything?

Now the Sub's garage door openers will not work. This appears to be a bigger electrical issue than I first thought.

FYI, The back window stopped unlocking 6 months ago and thought it was just cyclic fatigue of the wiring harness.

Does the body control module control all these functions? I have also notice a few time (intermitently) that the digital display on the instrument cluster would not work for a few trips but it always seemed to come back. Instrument cluster is currently working. P.s. I have an '02 Avalache that does the same thing for the odometer part of the instrument cluster.

Thoughts?
