Default 2007 Suburban Z71 Fuse Problem

Previous lurker; now newby poster. I have a 07 Suburban with a leaky
windshield. I have temporarily take care of the leak, but during the last rain here in SoCal, some water leaked down the dash vents on top causing: Alarm Horn to trigger till I had to pull fuse (15amp/location#28) to get it to stop. After a few days, I guess it dried off enough for me to replace fuse to get horn to function. I now noticed that the steering wheel controls for the Cruise Control and the controls for the radio/cd/volume are not operative. What # fuse should I check? If it's not the fuse, is there other fix I can pursue? Thanks.
