Got stuck on defrost mode

Welcome from Florida. Your problem is probably the mode actuator or the mode door is stuck or broken.

Agree: most likely one of the three or so actuators under the dash. I had a different one go bad on my 2005 Yukon, eventually replaced that with one from Dorman.
