2007 Tahoe lights/stereo turning on after key removed

So. Took my Tahoe to the GMC dealer. They determined a bad negative cable to my battery. Said the resistance was way off. Said they fixed my issue by replacing the entire battery cable on the negative side. Got it back today. Got out and bam. All the symptoms returned. Radio cuts on when I shut the door. Clicking noises under the hood.
