Default 2007 Tahoe Muffler Setup

I'm interested in getting the Flowmaster 50 series muffler for my 07 Tahoe. A few shops I talked to in my local area advised me that no one makes a tailpipe for the 07 Tahoe and I would need to stick with my factory pipes. I'm looking for a clean look with 3 in piping all the way around. I know shops have pipe benders to make the tailpipe but I have yet to find one. What do you guys think?

I had a 50 series installed and kept the stock pipes but had them remove the resonator and add a stailess steel tip.

I hada dual Magnaflow system put on my 07from my neighbors shop in Costa Mesa. The Tips should be universal and fit any vehicle...I have two 3 inch chrome tips.
I had the Flowmaster 50 on my 02 andit sounded great, but it was always loud. I loved it but the wifey didnt. I like the Magnaflow because it is loud when you get on it, it levels out and is quiet on the freeway. Keeps the boss happy...

Anybody notice any significant power or economy benefit after installing an aftermarket noise maker?

One thing that you should make sure is that you don't remove the OEM stainless steel exhaust system and replace it with a lesser quality (non-stainless) system, that's just shooting yourself in the foot.

Installed Magnaflow oval 5x11 - 22" muffler and removed resonator... Other than a more throatier exhaust, I have experienced NO DIFFERENCE....the improvement is strictly cosmetic in sound and looks

I have the Corsa Exhaust setup on my 2007 Tahoe and it sounds really nice. It rumbles when you start and then when you get on it. But it is very pleasent while you are driving on the highway and you wont need to carry a bottle of aspirin in your center console.
I do not know if it did anything performance wise since I had it installed right from the dealership and it came delivered to me like that come day 1 when I picked it up from the dealership.
Here is Corsa website if anyone cares to take a look http://www.corsaperf.com/ but the specific link to the 2007 Tahoe/Yukon is http://www.corsaperf.com/
They have sound clips there for you as well.
