2007 Tahoe Squeak in Front

My 2007 Tahoe has a squeak that I hear inside the vehicle when I am driving, but I cannot hear it on the outside of the vehicle. It sounds like a tiny dog barking.....any ideas what it could be?

Could be one of the front wheel bearings going, I have had to replace them on a couple of my company vehicles that were 06 & 07

I had the left front strut/shock replaced under warranty at about 30,000 miles. This noise was more of a squeak when the shock moved as opposed to a dog barking. See if you can shake the truck up and down on the left front corner and hear the noise. If it hear it when doing that it is the shock.
The left front wheel bearing is a similar noise - quiet grinding to loud grinding. Makes you think your brake pads/rotors have gone bad. It will get worse over time if that is the culprit. I mean really bad in about a week from when you first hear this. Had this done at about 90,00 miles. Covered under powertrain warranty.
Good luck. If it's the wheel bearing and you're out of warranty it is very expensive. They replace bearing, hub, studs and all. All 1 part. Unbolt the old and bolt on the new. I think that is a $600 part by itself.
Personally I think there's some design flaw in the suspension on the left front or how things line up in the front. I'm going to have to do the left front shock again at 117,000 miles. Squeak is back.

Maybe, but you won't get that part from GM. It is a Timken part and there are places that say they sell it online. More like $60, but substantially less than GM's fix.

Found this on another post, I have the popping squeak, a leaky shock that doesn't make the sound when I push on the front end of the truck so I am guessing that the mounts are causing this problem. Also there is talk about it possibly being some play in the steering shaft.
Clatter/Clunk from left front while going over bumps:
We do not have access to memos on this end, only technical service bulletins. The only bulletin out about the cab mounts is for a popping noise. If you have the popping noise, the proper way is to install insulators in the cab mounts. I have included the bulletin for you below.
You could take the truck in and complain about a popping noise and let them install the insulators, they would have to repair the nut inside the body as part of the process and would eliminate you from having to deal with it.

This bulletin is being revised to update the model years. Please discard Corporate Bulletin Number 06-08-61-003D (Section 08 - Body and Accessories).
Condition
Some customers may comment on a pop or clunk type noise while turning or driving on uneven road surfaces. This noise can be heard and/or felt at either the driver's or front passenger floor pan area.
Cause
Under certain conditions, normal movement between the frame and the #1, #2 or #3 body mounts may cause this noise to occur.
Diagnosis
1. If the vehicle is equipped with aftermarket (non-GM Accessory) running boards or the running board is mounted using the body mount bolt, remove the running boards prior to test driving the vehicle. This will eliminate the running boards as the possible cause of the noise.
2. Install the J-39570 Chassis Ears to the frame rail at or near the body mounts.
3. Test drive the vehicle to identify which mount is suspect.
Correction
Install an insulator at the suspect mount(s). The insulator should be installed between the upper portion of the body mount and the frame bracket. The #1 mount is the mount located just under the A-pillar. The #2 mount is the mount located just under the B-pillar. The #3 mount is the mount located just under the C-pillar.
