Talking 2007 Tahoe z71 noise through speakers when radio on or off

Need help with diagnosing problem with high pitch noise sounds like dental drill intermittently comes through Bose speakers and increasing frequency when accelerator depressed. Sometimes activated when an electrical system is activated such as break light or turn signal or rear console thermostat or fan switches are activated. Comes and goes. Can't always reproduce noise when vehicle is brought to dealership. Any help or thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Warranty almost expired.

could be the alternator or a ground issue somewhere (would be real hard to find). but because it increases with engine RPM that narrows it down to the alternator I think

Default High pitched very irritating noise...

I too have the same problem with my 09 Tahoe Hybrid. It just started a two months ago and it is getting worse. Seems to be more on the right backseat area when the radio is on, but also is evident when I turn on blinkers or break. Increases and decreases, comes and goes... very irritating and even worse if you are in the backseat. Please let me know what you find out. My dealership couldn't hear it when I took it in last month, but they will on my next trip. I'm hoping to help them narrow their search as I can see this being multiple trips and troubleshooting.

If you would like, I can research your vehicle further if you PM me your VIN number. I may be able to offer additional information.

Please keep us posted on the results of your next dealer visit.

If you have additional questions, feel free to contact me.
