I can't remove the passenger side plugs
Which way am I supposed to turn to loosen.?
Drivers side u turb towards front of truck to loosen
Passenger side.. I'm stuck.. and I've broken a spark plug... so yea I needd someone to tell me sometjing please before i break another

 

Plugs that have been in an engine for almost 100,000 miles can be a challenge to remove. Please make sure that the engine is cold when you are removing the plugs. You should blow around them with compressed air to try and remove old debris. Also, it may help to spray them with a lubricant to help work the treads free. Some of the plugs are a challenge to remove at the best of times.

Plugs are removed in a counter clockwise rotation. When you remove them, try and make sure that you use a good quality socket and apply even steady pressure. You may break the insulator off a couple, if you are not careful.

While you are changing the plugs, you should also consider new plug wires.

Right-y tight-y, Left-y loose-y You may hear differing opinions on the matter, but a lite dab of anti-seize compound on the new plug threads will aid in there future removal...

 

Stabiltrak off... trction off.. all I did was plugs and airfilter.. ? What can cause this???

 

Are you getting any other codes?
Could be a weak battery
A bad Wheel sensor
A bad ground connection

 

I unplugged battery for five mins.. put ir back... SEL is gone. But service stabilitrak an. Service traction control still on.. and a bad miss.. like I'm runnin on 5 cylinders

 

Check engine like came on twice.. says cylinder 2 misfire twice.

 

swaped #2 with #3 wire... let car ide and same code. #2 misfire

 

Sounds like you have some wires crossed somehow, did you replace them? If not, check them for cuts in the insulation. While the engine is idling, in the dark, look for arcing, sparks. First you need to verify you have the correct wires going to the correct cylinders. You can really damage an engine running it with wires crossed to the wrong cylinders.

 

won't be crossing plug wires on a COP ignition, start from square 1 and pull the plug outta cyl 2 see if you happened to crack it
