I have been having the same issue for about a month, now My AC doesn't even work. The fan still stops/starts all on its own at various times, but I can't get cold air even though AC is running.

Hello, I am having this same issue where my fan either doesn't come on, or has a several minute delay and then will also fluctuate speed while it is on. The A/C is working when the fan does kick on. Also I will randomly get a very loud noise sometimes when i first turn on the vehicle that sounds like it is coming from the fan area, a grinding type noise. it only last a fewseconds and if I shut off the fan, it stops. 2008 Tahoe Z71. Smile Front blower does not work

Hi, I went thru this message forum thread but did not see an answer as well. I saw a response about a recall on this issue but no resolution recommendation. The front AC/heater blower on my 2008 Suburban LTZ quit working. The on/off switch works and am able to adjust temperature and blower speed but blower is not turning on. I observed that the A/C compressor clutch will not engage either. I checked all related fuses and all are good. Any suggestion is appreciated.
Thank you in advance.

Default Fixed

Fan was intermittent and we fast and slow. Bought resistor , didn't help.. I check for voltage on the fan power side.of the fan motor resistor and had 14 v. The fan is next to it. Easy to remove . Easy to replace.. the fan blows much harder as the blades were dirty on the old fan.
