Default 2008 Suburban turning over with key in run position

I have tested the starter, alternator, battery and changed ignition switch and neutral safety switch. Also bought new starter relay. changed the BCM and the problem is still happening. As soon as I put the key in the run position the suburban starts to turn over. Anyone have an idea of what the problem could be.

starter solenoid might be welded shut. Try rapping on the starter with a hammer.

Understand what you mean, but "turning over" is a question for Dr. Ruth. You really mean that the engine cranks, some use turns over to mean starts, so confusing.

As to the ignition switch, I assume you mean the electrical part, not the tumbler part, correct?

Yes the engine begins to crank when the key is in the run position. I cut the pink wire last night from the ignition switch to the green plug going to the BCM. The problem still continued to happen with the ignition wire cut. I am at a loss of what to do next.
