Is it only the backup camera that has the bad screen? Or does it do this all the time? Is the language supposted to be in French?

Welcome to the forum
That to me looks like a poor connection to the LCD screen..
If you have not already , you might try resetting it by disconnecting the battery for a few minutes to see if it clears, but I suspect a skewed connection for the LCD

Yes, it's with the backup camera only. The language is set to French cause... I'm French

I apologize for your frustrations. If unplugging the batter does not work, I would contact your dealership; they will be able to diagnose/repair this issue for you. Is the vehicle still within warranty? Keep us updated?
