Yeah, I know. Always try to read a section of the manual while I'm waiting on my grandson at soccer practice. Just hadn't got to the tranny section yet. Thx.

vrso2 why? honestly I have driven my co workers 2010 Silverado and it is a lot different and not really much better IMO. It really seems to shift so much it is almost distracting. And honestly who cares about "acceleration" in a 3 ton SUV...? not that I am not ok for change but it is not really that big of a deal. I still get 20+ mpg highway and 15+ city just like his truck in my old 4 speed.
