Default 2010 Suburban trouble code 0449 and RR Tire pressure low, but not!

I’m having my check engine light give me code 0449, which is for the gas cap solenoid malfunction, changed out several gas caps, the charcoal cylinder, and the solenoid too, and it’s still popping up. Then the tire pressure monitor system is showing low pressure on the Left RR tire, which doesn’t make sense, and when I check the tires, they are all fine. Can anyone help? I’m thinking it’s a wire or computer program problem!
