Just cranked drove to store and when turned off and got out, door locks wouldn't work on key fob. Went back to see why and tried to use door locks, didn't work. Tried cranking and won't turn over or make any noises except clicking of door locks and dashboard clicks like clock noises continuously when ignition switch is off. More noises when switched off than when key is turned over. Absolutely no noises when trying to crank, has brand new battery.
What is going on?

Sounds like a bad electrical connection, check the battery post connections, check the cable at the alternator and check the negative cable to the engine and ground strap...
