Default 2011 Tahoe LTZ Bose xm stations lost

Recently my battery went dead for several days, I charged it and all was well except my XM. I was only receiving channels 0, 1 and 110.
Ive tried to have it refreshed by XM, they say after repeated attempts over several days something is not allowing them to reset my radio.
This radio is the one with nav and a large screen. When I push a preset it just says unauthorized station. The dial will only change from 0 1 and 110. I’ve tried unhooking the battery and touching the cables together and a reset by unhooking the both battery cables for 20 minutes.
Anyone that can help I would greatly appreciate it.
