Default 2011 Z71 Suburban Vibrating in Auto/4wd

Hello - I have a 2011 Z71 Suburban with 85k miles. I have had the burb for several years. Recently Ive noticed a vibration when in auto/4wd. 2wd drives fine nothing noticeable at all speeds.

I haven't crawled under it yet to look. Looking for suggestions on things to check. I haven't noticed and fluids/lube leaking. I am sure if it were breaks, wheel balance, cv shaft it would vibrate all the time?

How does the auto work in terms of what engages when auto is selected vs 2wd vs 4wd hi/lo. Does the front drive shaft always rotate in 2wd? Transfer case? Front diff?

Check front driveshaft U joints for binding. Shaft not engaged in 2wd, it only rotates a little bit if at all. Had that in my old Yukon.

Thanks, still havent climbed under it. But that was on the list. Probably need to pull the front driveshaft and drive it and see what gives.
