I have a 2011 LTZ that I ordered with the 60/40 bench for the second row. The second row is perforated to match the perforated front on the LTZ and they are heated but not cooled. The seats are also power fold and tumble on the LTZ. I don't think they are on other models but may have been an option. The power part is only the release. The fold and tumble part is just spring loaded. Make sure any non LTZ seats are the same if you are considering a trade or buy from Ebay. You also need different mounting brackets that bolt to the floor with the d-rings placement for the latches on the bench and different carpet trim pieces.
