Default "not good in some areas"

Did they run out of bubblegum and spit while assembling them?

Well we "couldn't" wait as our 04 had over 225k miles and was starting to have some problems. It will be interesting to see what the new ones look like and how the fit/finish is on them along with the quality of materials. I havent been in a newer GM product in a while and we bought a new 2013 LT all star edition...and for the $$, I'm actually disappointed in several aspects. It's what the wife wanted and it should hold its value so we'll see.

welcome to the club. But I'm at the point of disgust, not disappointment.

I've been talking with a few dealers and one says that end of May they are coming out with 2014 with current body style and then in Feb or March we will see a late 2014 with the redesign. Then another dealer said that the Tahoe will go into production in October and should be on showroom floor by end of year.....wish I knew more, sold my 03 and was hoping to hold off till new body style but not sure I want to go through a winter here in the northeast without an SUV.

Saw on wikipedia today that the 2014 would come out 1st qtr on 2014 as a 2015 model. Basically what the GMT900 did.

Also said that they will use the new Silverado design.

In other words. Unchanged.

Make the power lift gate standard instead of having to spend $10k+ above the base price and consumers will notice. Previously it couldn't even be added as an option, only as a part of a package.
