Mrs. Cusser does 99% of the miles on this 2014 Yukon Denali. Wife took Yukon to run errands, went back to it and key wouldn't turn at all, steering wheel could not be turned/wiggled to try to get key to turn either (I'm very familiar with "wiggling the steering wheel while trying to turn the key"), never happened before. She called me, was about 2 miles away, I figured I could try to clear the computer; but she was "talking" to Siri (sp?) on her phone and looking through the owner's manual, and Yukon had a remote start button on the fob, so we had her try that, and engine started and then everything worked as normal. Go figure. I didn't even know the Yukon had remote start.

Anyone know anything more about this, or what caused this? We've had this 2014 for 2 years, and it never happened before.
