2015 Suburban Tailgate unlocks but doesn’t go up

2015 Suburban Tailgate unlocks but doesn’t go up
You can hear and watch the tailgate unlock but then nothing. There’s no noise coming Fromm the motor like a stripped gear. Anybody else have this issue? Thanks!
