Hey y’all!

I bought a used 2016 Suburban LTZ with the 2 screens on the ceiling in the rear. Neither screen powers on, the CD/DVD unit will not accept or eject a disc and the outlet on the back of the center console has no power. I believe these must be related in some way.

Any idea what the problem and fix may be?

I tried pulling the fuse and disconnecting the battery multiple times like I’ve seen others have results with, but my issue was not resolved by doing that.
